Friday Night:

Gate: 5 - 9 pm

5:00pm Gate opens for camping. No ground fires except for designated areas. If using a grill, dispose of ash in the common firepit. (The site is currently ok for fire, but we are watching the township flag system. We have NOT been getting as much rain as those of you to the north and south.)

Saturday:

Gate opens 8 am

8:00 am gate reopens.
9:30 am Inspections start
10:00 am Ranges open. Plans include a novice tourney and the SSAC on the main range. Beginner and Youth on a secondary range. There will be an open range for Thrown weapons.

Lunch tavern

11:00 am lunch tavern opens

1:00 pm Schutzenfest and Combat Archery

The afternoon is mainly the Schutzenfest - the walk through tourney will have teams of 4. Each team will start and work their way through the course. Don't worry if something else is going on at the same time. As you finish you will have time to look and see the other things.
There are activities in the works for those not shooting the walk though.
